Professional assessment
Before you even begin to talk about what a roof restoration, roof repair, roof painting, roof cleaning, terra cotta retile or colourbond roofing job will cost, your roof will require a thorough assessment to ensure that you are making a decision based on accurate information.
We won't assess your roof from a satelite image, a fancy drone fly over or viewing it from the street. Our roofing experts get on your roof and inspect it from top to bottom. That way you won't get any surprises during or after the job you agreed on is completed.

Competitive rates
Once your roof has been thoroughly assesed we provide you with an on the spot estimation followed by either a written or emailed quote depending on your preference.
There will be no surpise extra expenses or hidden costs. We stick by our quote and stand behind our finished job by providing a warranty backed by our committment to ensure that ours will be a job you appreciate for years to come.

Guaranteed satisfaction
All care and all responsibility is taken with completing your roof restoration, roof repairs, roof painting, roof cleaning, or new terra cotta tiles or colour bond roof installation.
Whether it be our safety measures, care of your roof and garden as we work, or simply the way we finish by taking cleaning up thoroughly before we leave. Every aspect of the repair or installation will reflect upon our committment to total customer satisfaction without excuse.

Frankston is a famous suburb, part of the area of greater Melbourne in the State of Victoria, Australia, situated within the the City of Frankston. Frankston is located 41 km south-east of the center of Melbourne, and is north of the Mornington Peninsula. Frankston is often referred to as "the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula", due to its geographic location.
It is recorded that the European settlement of Frankston began around 1835, the same time as the foundation of Melbourne. Frankston was initially settled as an unofficial fishing village serving the early Melbourne township. Prior to its settlement, the Frankston area was primarily inhabited by the Mayone-bulluk clan from the Bunurong tribe of the Kulin nation. The official village of Frankston was established in 1854, with its first land sales taking place on 29 May. Frankston has subsequently given its name to the broader Frankston local council area since 1893, and serves as both its activity and administrative centre.
Situated on the eastern shoreline of Port Phillip, Frankston has been a popular seaside destination of Melbourne since the 1880s. Frankston Beach is still one of the most frequented and popular beaches in Victoria, and it is recognised as one of the cleanest beaches in Australia. Frankston is each year also home to one of the largest exhibitions of sand sculpting in the Southern Hemisphere.
Localities in the suburb (within its postcode 3199) include: Frankston Central Business District (CBD), Frankston East, Frankston Heights, Karingal, Long Island, Mount Erin and Olivers Hill. The independent suburb of Frankston South also shares the same postcode as Frankston. At the 2016 Census the suburb of Frankston recorded a population of 36,097.
The demonym for someone from Frankston is a Frankstonian.
